What is N My Cenergy?
N My Cenergy is the signature sexual wellness coaching and education initiative of Healing Spaces Wellness. A space built specifically for people who have been told their sexuality is too much, too complicated, or not worth talking about.
Through educational series, community conversations, webinars, workshops and live events; N My Cenergy creates room for honest, affirming, and culturally grounded dialogue about pleasure, identity, relationships, and sexual health.
